Best advice for a mom that feels blah.
There are seasons. If you’re in the trenches of motherhood right now—exhausted, barely sleeping—this isn’t advice for you. That season is survival, and I promise it passes.
But if you’re a mom feeling a little blah, my best advice is to move your body again. Preferably with someone else. Loud music, real effort, laughing through it. When I’m fit, everything in my life feels better. Strength brings my spark back—every time.
