First Freeze on the Farm: Prepping Horses, Cows & Pastures for a Kentucky Winter
We hit 24 degrees F the last couple of days. Really early for us in KY to hit that cold this early. Which meant we were scrambling to get everything ready for the animals. Winter is another ballgame if you have livestock. Especially large animals. Update on the farm
Farm life update: barn doors ✔️ cow shelter in progress 🐄 hay run completed (barely 😅). It’s been a busy few weeks, but we’re getting closer to the dream — one muddy project at a time.
