This year is about underconsumption—making do with what we already have, maintaining what matters, and getting rid of the cheap, disposable stuff that adds clutter to our lives. I narrowed my goals down to the ones that will actually move the needle.

We hit 24 degrees F the last couple of days. Really early for us in KY to hit that cold this early. Which meant we were scrambling to get everything ready for the animals.
