best tip i've gotten is to lazy clean. put away just the towels from the dryer or just unload the bottom rack of the dishwasher, etc. small little steps build momentum and then when I get the energy to go back and do a full job of whatever it's just that much less to do /less of a hurdle.
if you're too tired to brush your teeth, floss. the first year+ of being a mom I was mentally + physically exhausted every night. I didn't make it to the dentist for 2 years. I just COULDN'T and I'm sure some other people get what I am saying. Now it's easy for toddler and me to brush our teeth together every night and we are sleeping more.
if you work outside the home, if at all possible work for a company that has a company gym! I go to the gym several days a week for my physical and mental health! honestly a GAME CHANGER because time is my most valuable asset . other option for moms/parents is join a gym with childcare! Worth the cost! you get to workout which helps all areas (sleep, energy, confidence) AND get some alone time!
Be bold in the time you leave work. I leave before anyone else and have never gotten a bad performance review (I'm an engineer) I'm efficient with my time and work quickly. I used to be hesitant about people's opinions. Now I really don't care one whit.
Use your commute as personal time, I have a rolodex of podcasts that absolutely energize me. In the mornings I use it as time to sip my coffee and eat breakfast. (I have a 1 hour commute)
random creativity. I started to just bring my kid in the shower with me to save time and it's just easier ( also hoping he doesn't have these memories I think our time of doing this is growing closer to end as he turns 3 this year)
Meal planning, grocery pickup and meal prep. I Rarely ever go inside the grocery store. We cook on sundays for several hours and I don't cook throughout the week. During the week for me is a sprint and I hate having more duties to do every day vs having open time to fill as I want! (NOTE my SO and I work opposite shifts so it's just me and kiddo every evening)
prep your clothes the night before. put your keys only in 1 spot.

pic for tax , he loves wheelbarrow rides
