But Hello everyone , long time no talk. Obviously life just got a little lifey. I'm still struggling with maintaining energy levels. BUT I am proud of myself.
I have massively decluttered our main living space and already it feels so much better!! Just did the same with my desk today.
It's slightly overwhelming because I need to declutter our bedroom (haha I co sleep so I guess the SO's bedroom), the upstairs playroom. And then go back and blitz everything again.
this has changed my life " if it feels hard to clean, you have too much stuff" boom. Follow the minimal mom on youtube.
I'm also proud of the fact I've been consistently getting in 2 strength workouts a week mostly with my friend and sister BEFORE work. Work is pretty busy and pressurized right now so lunch workouts are hard. It feels good to take care of myself. I'm also experimenting with a couple peptides right now so stay tuned.
Anyway, I'm back so in apology I'll post some pictures of what we have been doing lately.
