Best advice for a mom that feels blah.
There are seasons. If you’re in the trenches of motherhood right now—exhausted, barely sleeping—this isn’t advice for you. That season is survival, and I promise it passes.
But if you’re a mom feeling a little blah, my best advice is to move your body again. Preferably with someone else. Loud music, real effort, laughing through it. When I’m fit, everything in my life feels better. Strength brings my spark back—every time.

Motherhood updated
Winter is here and darkness falls early. Turns out I’m still really not sleeping much more than the last couple years since I still can’t figure out bedtime. HOWEVER, I am having a lot of fun!! I just pray for God to bless my sleep and make it count more lol! I got a scooter for my son’s birthday and lately we have been having chase parts where he pushes a chair and I ride the scooter around in circles. Malibu Jacks. What a fun place, it's so fun watching him play! Watching y
