Come take a lesson with me as an adult ammy

I started riding after I graduated college because A. poor and B. it just seemed so insurmountable to get started. As a child I could sucker my friend into occasionally letting me ride her horses or my family would pay for us to go trail ride which was always a blast.
Here’s my recap of a lesson as an adult ammy who started riding as a full on adult:
First we pray. Because we are adult ammys & everything stresses us out. I start out by hoping in the truck and managing to hook the trailer up on my first try (rarity)! Thank you to this fantastic $10 piece of technology.
My friend was riding her horse so Skye was losing her mind as I loaded Murphy up since she was the only horse left. And yes, I thought about taking her but that just seemed the worse option since she would be tied at the trailer while I was having a lesson on murphy and she doesn’t idle well.
Side note, the best functional lesson I’ve ever taken was trailer loading (with this wonderful trainer @ CPhorsemanship). I now honestly have little to no problems loading because I took the lesson and then we’ve put in many reps now. Murphy loaded RIGHT UP on the trailer and started munching on his treats/alfalfa. I am able to load him then go around and secure all the doors and stall dividers and waits on me.
I haul about 10 minutes down the road to meet at my friends house where our trainer comes out to us.

We then ride for 1 hour while I sweat my heart out. Even if it’s a “bad” ride, it’s the highlight of my day. He had his thoroughbred freak flag out so I just quietly rode him to get a couple nice transitions , some solid shoulder in, leg yielding and a couple of canter transitions. Going into the lesson I was thinking we would be able to go through a few jumps but alas my fault, I did not get the canter work done enough before the lesson to do this.
Enjoy this grainy video of a working trot not at this lesson because I have virtually no footage of me riding but I am going to work on this!
After this I untack, hose him off, fly spray, load up and head home! I am so lucky to live in horse country Kentucky and having a quality instructor come out to us!

here's my rig setup: diesel titan XD. Warmblood 2 horse straight load trailer w/oversize tack room
A key takeway at the end of every lesson I have with my trainer is a deep sense of accomplishment and harmony with my horse. I think this is the mark of a great trainer.
happy trails.
