It’s Tuesday. I have chatgbt’d that I am overwhelmed and bored all at the same time. It said I should carve out more time for things that spark joy.

It’s also a new month so my budget started over which is exciting! I got a bag of clothes off of marketplace from a girl that is going to drop them off to me tomorrow.
I love not having to leave my house and scoring a deal! The older I get the more I just ask people if they will deliver to me.
Especially since if I leave in the evenings my kid usually falls asleep and makes bedtime even harder. No thanks.
Chatgpt summarized the goal as more emotionally filled up without requiring me to hustle harder . hmm that’s really good. Free life counseling right here.
· Monday – look at your week. Cross off what you don’t have to do.
· Tuesday – let it be messy . let the house be messy . do a walk or podcast.
· Wednesday – creative. Record a short video or ride my horse without a goal. 10 minutes counts.
· Thursday – errand or admin. Which lines up with my actual schedule on Thursdays every week.
· Friday – anticipation. Plan a small joy for the weekend, a treat, time alone
· Saturday- farm work, projects. One main task. Pause when tired
· Sunday – unplugged reset. No errands. No social media. Light planning but not a hustle list.

I think I can do a few tweaks but below is how my normal weeks go.
· Monday – hustle , hustle. I cook new recipes, I do outside work on top of the daily farm chores, and I am super engaging with my son, I do educational games and we race, etc.
· Tuesday- usually worn out. I try to entertain my son a lot with low effort games.
· Wednesday- hit or miss. Sometimes, my mom will take my son to church with her. If this happens I sometimes ride if the weather isn’t horrible. Otherwise I will just work on the farm.
· Thursday – weekly lessons for my son. Total drive time for this day is about 3.75 hours by the time I go to work . I’m dead this day .
· Friday – absolutely exhausted but I am excited for the weekend every Friday evening.
· Saturday- wake up , feel 0 energy but I like the mornings my son and I get up at a decent time and I get to enjoy a cup of coffee on the couch or on the porch and read a book. Cook breakfast, then start the farm work day. We usually do something fun Saturday night – go out to dinner, play games at home, sit on the porch and cook, or watch Clarksons farm on amazon prime!
· Sunday- same as Saturday except by the afternoon we start meal prep and work week prep.
Honestly I have a very wonderful blessed life. I am filled with little joy moments almost every day.
And it’s hard. It’s very hard. All are true at the same time.
Happy almost July 4th everyone.
